Yeah, a little too human looking. Maybe sharp/differently shaped teeth and a more alien skin and/or hair texture.

Number one by far. It strikes a perfect balance between making her alien but still beautiful and has the proportions to fit. I actually imagine her looking like this now.

I've always liked #1 (seen it before). It's the most "alien" while still being sexy, and I think the face suits Tali's personality better than the others.

Thinking about it some more, I realize now that BioWare shouldn't have done a hasty photoshop job, but rather held a contest where fans do they're own interpretations, have fans vote on a top ten then let the BioWare devs make the final decision so there would still be some mystery before launch. There are some really talented artists among the fans, too bad, this reeks of missed opportunity.
