Not sure exactly when this happened, but I noticed it today as I was playing multiplayer. I was getting updates for achievements that I thought I had already unlocked. Sure enough, I checked the extras page and all of them were greyed out. They still show up as being unlocked on my online profile, but not in the game itself.
