I have the collector's edition of the game and i redeemed the two codes (stone prisoner and items) but they don't come up on  my DLC screen. I have tried starting the game as administrator and lowering my firewall but this doesn't solve my problem. Both show up on my 'registered game promotions' page .

Please help
