 I've launched multiplayer several times over the past few weeks and I can never alter the quickbar like I can in the single player game (can't drag powers up to the quickbar or rearrange existing quickslots).

Reported to EA support and they said to post it here.

I'm getting the exact same issue. Starting to wonder how they could release a game with so many bugs.
