Does killing wrex in ME and going full renegade reagrding genophage do it?
what has to been done to save Mordin

Mordin can be saved only if Wrex is dead. Also, Maelon's work in Mass Effect 2 should be destroyed for Eve to die. This opens the Paragon - Renegade dialogues provided you have high reputation score. This is more of a cause and effect situation. You can't keep both alive. If you keep Wrex alive then you can't save Mordin and vice versa.
