I kindly request clarification, please, as to the definition of "One time use code ...", which appears in small print beneath the codes on the Stone Prisoner/Blood Dragon armor insert.

Does this mean that the codes are used once to activate the item/add-on, and then they are free to be used indefinitely, for as many toons (characters) as we want to create?

Or does this mean that the extra party member and the extra armor may only be used on one toon?

Furthermore, on the Collector's Edition insert featuring Bergen's Honor, Final Reason, and the Grimoire of the Frozen Wastes, there is no mention of a "One time use code".  So, I wonder, are those three items free for use on multiple toons or are we restricted to choose one, and only one, toon to wield the exclusive items?

Thank you.

One time use to connect it to your account. Only one EA account can have these codes active. Been said repeatedly.

From what I've read it simply links the codes permanently to your account here on the social network site, but the items will be available for any character you create under your account. Its basically a hook similar to a cd-key or credit card that permanently links a license to your GFW Live/Steam/mmo account, which obviously serves numerous purposes depending on how you look at it.

Wouldn't mind hearing official clarification however.

It means that if you sell the game the person who buys the used game will not get those benefits. Basically the expansion/armor and the in game items will be tied to the account you create the game with, so that if you sell the game they can get that person to purchase the dlc's also.

The code is tied to your account, so if you ever reinstall the game you can use them again forever.

This is mainly an attempt to get around the resale (Gamestop) market environment. During a resale, Gamestop makes a bunch of money and the actual game developers never make a single dime ever again. This is their way to try and interrupt the process to at least make a few bucks off of a resale were before they made nothing.

I wont really stop the pirates, they will just release a cd with all the expansions... (not sure about the blood dragon armor or other in-game items)
Ive seen it done with Fallout 3.
