I'll try not to spoiler here, but as the Dev's know, near the end of the Origin story certain things happen that render some DLC useless, I'm just wondering if that can be changed in the next patch. I mean it's DLC we've paid money for it, to render it useless seems...cheap.
Next patch, is it possible to fix DLC in Darwf Noble campaign?

You know you can just save the game, exit to main menu, disable all DLC items, then force load, save again, re-enable DLC items and load. That fixes your items

It loaded everything but the damned memory ring which is what I was looking for.
Edit: And that's besides the point anyway you shouldn't HAVE to do that for DLC

That and it's a ****ing story. The cheesy DLC items are, in theory, pre-owned items on the part of the character. If something should happen in the story that warrants losing said items - stop whining and roll with it.
Edit: Besides, the memory ring really isn't worth it - and there's been discussion on these forums since the toolset was released as to whether it even does anything at all.

Thats a good solution and it worked for me, however I don't think we should have to resort to this in order to gain access to something that we paid for. I think thats what the OP is saying. Your stuff should wither a) be in a chest when you get to the surface, or
should all be available at a certain point for you to pick up with restorting to a hack, which incidently allows you to use the Grimoire an unlimited amount of times.

@Darpaek True, however, there should be some sort of warning which states that you won't have access to the DLC items at the end of the Dwarf Noble story if certain events in the story take place.

Come on - do you really want a giant spoiler as you start the Origin story?
It's not as if there aren't workarounds if it REALLY upsets you.
