You can try manually reinstalling the Stone Prisoner... see the Solutions Roundup for a link to the Dragon Age Wiki, which includes instructions on manual installation. Note there are *two* files to install... the actual DLC and its associated "offer" file.

EDIT:  If that does not work, please post back with your spec information (as outlined in the "read first" post pinned towards the top of the forum) and we can try to troubleshoot more.

We'll need more info, then. By the way, if you've recently reinstalled the Awakening expansion pack or some of the later DLC (like Witch Hunt), their installer programs may have re-applied patch 1.03/1.04. So it may not hurt to reinstall 1.05 and see if that fixes things.

Confusing, I know....

Correct.  Which is why I said:

The word "Download" is one word that has basically a single definition.  It does not mean the same thing as "Install", not at all.  You need to understand what each term really means if you are going to deal with digital downloaded content.  (If this is a dupe, it's because the software didn't show any reaction to the first time that the "Submit" button was clicked.)

@Gorath:  Pedantic lectures are uncalled for and unwelcome.  Quit it, please. Your grousing was stale two years ago; it has not improved with age.

@jestbe... if I understand the situation correctly, you don't see the Stone Prisoner under "Downloadable Content" in the game, but you do see it listed on your profile here on the Bioware website.  Is that correct?

If so, it means you have the rights to the game.  It is impossible, with so little information, to understand why it may not be showing up in the game.  I would, again, suggest that you consult the links in the "Solutions Roundup", specifically those that deal with manually installing DLC.  Follow those links to instructions.  You can download the DLC outside of the game, reinstall the 1.05 patch, and then see if shows up within the game.

That's the extent of the help we can provide here without seeing more information from you, as specified in the "Read First" post.  Otherwise, you can contact Electronic Arts directly at help.ea.com.
