Trying to install Shadow Broker, and twice I have gotten installer integrity errors. I downloaded the content again in between installs, got the same error the second time.
Is there actual Tech Support or Sales Support for DLC? Not sure who to contact.

FYI, there is no connection from in here to EA Help. You have to go there directly from the link at the bottom of the page. This was a user to user self-help place when there were large numbers of members dropping in here. Almost all of them left here ten months ago, and very few came back at the end of the off-season.
Personally, I do not buy digital anything. If it's not on a DVD, I don't have it. As a result, I cannot assist you with this DLC item.
However, the Archives have not been erased, nor has Kloreep's summary of FAQs been removed from the top of the forum.

The Chatline's waiting line isn't usually too long, and that is the most efficient way to reach them.
