In the last 24 - 48 hours, representatives from Bioware (I am *not* one of them, btw) have said they are interested in gamers' feedback, including feedback on the ending, and they are assessing and discussing what to do next with the game.
There are threads pinned towards the top of both the General and the Story/Campaign forums for people to give their honest and direct feedback, both positive and negative, about the game.

@shnellegaming brings up a valid point-- whatever resolution, if any, comes about, it will take time to happen.
This forum continues to be a place where ideas and feelings can be discussed... respectfully. "Respectfully" is the key term. You may question someone's ideas; you may not attack them. For example:

There is no value in a statement like this. If we were to, for example, ban users who exhibited poor spelling and grammar, most of the users here would be kicked off the site. Personal attacks of any sort are not welcome. They should be reported to the moderators. Hostile threads will be locked; hostile users will be banned, at least temporarily and perhaps permanently.
In that light, I am locking this thread-- the OP's point has been made and countered (if brutally by some).
