Everybody thought he was a dick. You don't have to hate a person to think that. DA2 Fenris was a dick, but he's still my favorite character in that game. DAO Sten was a dick, but I eventually came to respect him. Like Drunk Tali's comment about Miranda: "Keelah. She was such a *****. I didn't like her, but I respected her. Sometimes that's better."

As for people talking of dogs and rabbits, you should do better research. Javik does not seem surprised when Shepard and Liara becomes an item, he does not seem to be surprised that you consider Asari to be attractive from his conversation.
On top of it, Ancient Asari was NOT THAT PRIMITIVE. They had enough culture to leave scripts and statues of Protheans.

I think if done right it'd be cute. But I see them more as friends. She seemed interested in Feron though but that could just be close friendship too. Asari and Prothean seemed similar anyway with their biotics and special sensory powers. Not sure if Javik would approve of having kids born with only 2 eyes though.

I actually agree, but I'm just sayin', I wasn't especially convinced by the other ones either. I mean, I could perhaps understand why Joker had feelings for EDI, but what exactly does she get out of a romantic relationship with him? Absolutely pointless. I'm just glad not all her dialogue was filled with blather about their relationship.
