 Hello, I know it's been asked before and I've googled but keep getting mixed responses with some people saying "Yes, it applies to Shepard" and with some saying "No, it doesn't". I've also tried speccing into it and reverting to Biotic Charge to see whether there's a difference in damage but it doesn't show.

Is it passive so no change occurs even though Shepard does receive the bonuses?
