 Dragon Age Origins is currently on sale in Origin service. Can I buy it there and then activate it in Steam?

Reason why I want to do this is

1) I prefer Steam, all my pals use it.
2) Origins... freezes my computer. Not just "takes a send to start", entire machine freezes. I don't want that.
3) Origin has... bad habits. Let's leave it at that.

So, if I buy Dragon Age: Origins in Origin service, can i get CD-key that I can use to activate the game in Steam?
