I never liked Ashley since my First Playthrough of ME1 (was not a really good one...) where she Shoot Wrex. Could never forgive her that. And shes kinda... you know, racist.

So that left Liara, and somehow that End up making her my Favorit. Can't really explain why, Time makes it.

Liara, because I wanted to take my first full relationship through all three games. Gonna try either Garrus or Tali next.

Sort of fell into the Kaidan romance in ME1 and liked it well enough. Decided my main Shep would stick with him. Secondary femshep was all about Garrus because he's awesome and they both like to shoot things real good. My dudshep went for Liara because she's adorbs.

I picked up Jack because I like girls with a such strong personality. It's pity that there is so few girls like her in games. Why they always have to be nice and flattering.

Liara. I felt ****ty about killing her mother, so I visited her a lot. I really connected with her, because I saw some of myself in her: a naive intellectual with more dreams than plans.

And it just went from there, haha.

Now, I have a lovely plot, where my character falls in love with Ashley, but then sadly has to sacrifice her on Virmire. Cut to a few years later, where Shepard meets Tali, all grown up, and still as gentle and empathetic as before...where she was a good friend on which Shepard could build, while he was trying to deal with the death of Ashley. I like that plot, tying ME 1 and 2 together, and giving my Shep an added layer of sacrifice, but being rewarded for it with Tali.

I did a similar plot with my shepard too. Flirt with Kaiden but sacrifice him. Eventually find out that she'd find peace in the arms of a Turian. Also honestly the Horizon mission made me so angry when I had him live originally I went back to a save in the first game and changed it.

Had Ashley in ME but in ME2 she turned on me so went to Miranda because she did overlook project Lazarus and remade me.

Liara, she started off this polar opposite that really complemented shep. Than she was the only one who still cared (despite being a little psychotic), and by 3rd game there was no one else really..

Liara she told my ruthless renegade femshep that she is burning bridges everywhere with the way she acts and since she kinda did stand up to my femshep she got interested in her and things went from there. Oh and when me2 came along and liara said she is going to flay someone with her mind my femshep was like daaam thats awesome i think i fell in love with you even more.

I completely forgot about the Jack romance. Her paragon romance is amazingly well done. She really needed the peace and comfort ^^

I picked Garrus because he's the only male character that went from friendship to something more, and that's what I would do in real life. It feels ...natural. Besides, he's well written and has the nicest personality: Kaidan is a pain in the ass, Shepard only knows Thane for what, 1 month? Jacob has de prize. C'mon, Garrus beats them all.

5 Shepards ( i know, what a waste of time that ended up being)

Female Shepard, went for Liara in ME1, liked her naive and awkwardness... and Kaidan was boring as hell. Stayed loyal to her, thou somewhat disappointed with her change of personality.

Female Shepard, Kaidan in ME1, went for Jacob in ME2, was going to go for someone else on ME3, she just uses them and discards them XD.

Female Shepard, Kaidan on the first one, but since Garrus was finnaly available and Kaidan was a moron on ME2, went for Garrus, was going to stay with Garrus on ME3.

Female Shepard, No one, she doesnt need anyone.

Male Shepard, this dude was created solely for Tali, so he went single on ME1 and was going to go loyal in ME3.

In ME1, I picked Liara because it made more sense than hitting on the gunnery officer. Also I left Ashley to die on Virmire but that's neither here nor there.

I tried out both Jack and Miranda's romance arcs in ME2 -- meant to try Tali as well but I never got around to finishing that file. For my "proper" playthrough I stayed faithful though. Tell me with a straight face that having the Shadow Broker as a girlfriend isn't awesome.

ME3: Ashley Felt bad that I was messing around with Miranda but she did "Dump" me on Horizon so I went back...Not only that I THOUGHT the ending was going to be about baby sheps but we all know how well the end turned out.

I had every intention of wooing Garrus, But then Thane wooed me. I mean don't get me wrong, in another time and dimension (called Save 002), I love Garrus. However, Thane just completely fascinated me.

Do expand on my LIs:

My Femshep's actually too much of a **** to deal with relationships. She doesn't really like to get close to people. Maybe she can relate to Specialist Traynor, but so far, all the LIs just haven't connected to my Femshep.

THinking of creating a third Shep, a Jersey Shore male, who ends up with Jack, I kinda liked her in ME2, but she simply wasn;t suited for my Main Shep. However, for a dumb soldier boy, who does't look too far ahead, but who likes not to receive support from someone, but to be the support for someone, to be the strong male in a relationship, I think Jack's perfect. Yeah, I basically love how Jack grew between ME2 and ME3.
