Ok, so i cranked up an old save of my First playthrough, and wam, the Fence is gone. i thought maybe it was just a trigger or bug in my 2nd playthrough, but he's not showing up @ all. is this a known issue?!

Depends, is your first playthrough a rogue class?

first playthrough was a commoner dwarf warrior

you need stealth or stealing if you are talking about slim or whoever

There ya go, take a point in stealing and he might show. It's pretty much a rogue only thing. All I know is my first playthrough with a warrior, he wasn't there my second playthrough with a rogue and he's there.

Yeah I had no idea he existed until my third playthrough when I rolled a rogue. It must be tied to rogue abilities or stealing or something.

you're not understanding what i'm saying. Slim has always been there. he's gone, as in i have the quests and the NPC is literally gone. has nothing todo with being a rogue, my 2 playthrough a war and mage. the game seems to be bugged when it comes to this guy

Slim leaves for a while setting after the failed robbery to set up your revenge. Did you do the robbery that turned out to be a trap?

Yes. i have completed his quests, but like i said, i returned to a earlier save before i did them and wham, just gone whilst i still have the first quest from him.
