Question of the year : who wrote the ending ? The janitor ?

Nah, the janitor would've done a better job.

"Illusive Man's Base (but only first line of actual talk with IM, after which Lead Mac Walters took over)"

He wrote the "You're sitting in my chair.", the rest was by Mac.

Haha, he only wrote one line of the conversation and it already was the best one.

I love him. Seriously, the Rannoch mission made me go all soft, susceptible & emotional. Fine work, my dear friend.

If they rewrite the ending, they should get him to do it.

It must be devastating to know that all this good work product of your effort means nothing with that "ending" just like the effort we put when we played the three games...

Please let Bioware see this, everybody. He may be our last hope.

I want Patrick Weekes in charge of the fix.

I think Patrick knows that he did excellent work and is proud of it.

Blasto was one of the funniest things I've ever seen in any game. Hearing Blasto say, "Are you engaging in sexual relations with this one?" to his Volus chielf-of-police was awesome, after being told he was working with an elcor partner ("This one works alone") was priceless.

Whatever else can be said about the ending ruining the epic / glorious plot arcs of the series, nothing can take away how funny Blasto was to me.

Damn right.

He wrote most of my favorite characters if not all of them.

Mac Walters, master of 'lots of speculation for everyone'.

Patrick Weekes, master of 'happiness and satisfaction for everyone'.

Since Karpyshyn decided to jump ship before this sh!t storm came about and L'Etoile has left years ago, I'd rather have Weekes be in charge of writing anything ME related solely because of LotSB.

But Bioware will probably keep Walters in charge.

Walters...

Eww, he also did the fetch quests and Citadel stuff.

Haha, yes, I like how he simultaneously did some of the best and worst writing in the whole game. XD

I like Patrick Weekes a lot. He was one of the first BioWare people I started stalking on Twitter. He's got a very upbeat attitude and always seems willing to listen to the fans.

Also... Joker.

He wrote LotSB? Really?

Sorry, but what the hell is wrong with Bioware for not choosing him instead of Walters?

IIRC, he did Tali and Mordin in ME2 as well. Easily two of the best characters in the game, with the two best loyalty missions. Also, the Talimance is my favourite romance.

He needs a promotion.
