Patrick Weekes is the one responsible for all the memorable moments throughout the game.

Can we please stop using this as ammunition against the other writers? I'm sure every one of them wrote something amazing. Be civil about this.

To be honest, with the backlash of the endings, what did he think was gonna happen when he posted that?
Great job, Pat, but way too soon with a post like that. Should've waited a few months, maybe years.

I have to agree. For example, he didn't wrote Mars and it was one of my favorite parts of the games.ABCoLD wrote...
I think one thing we should take from this conversation, this information is that MOST of the game is wonderfully written. Many parts of it are fantastic. It's a GREAT game (except for one tiny part) and I think we should all recognize and encourage those writers who contributed while offering constructive and polite criticism when needed.

He posted it before people had gotten to experience the game's end. At the time Bioware could do no wrong.

Along with the rest of the team.
Even Mac Walters. Despite the endings we really shouldn't forget THE GUY WROTE GARRUS. Anyone can make mistakes, what counts is if they fix them.

Exactly. If the ending is bad, then it is bad no matter how many theories you come up with. Now you can do two things: fix it or leave it as it is and destroy with the last 10 minutes a franchise and a great story.
Bioware has lost my respect but they can regain it by changing the ending. Not sure if they care about my opinion or the opinion of the majority of the fans though

Going to join the others and quote as well. Garrus was one of the best-written characters in this game, and as bad as the endings are it's important to remember the good as well as the bad.

I felt like part of a massive group working together, there was loss, struggle, friendship and emotions were so high. It was so epic and everyone worked together on it.
