How do you redeem the Collector Edition code to release the "from ashes" DLC? I've tried looking everywhere from EA to Origin, but as of now, it seems the only way to get "from ashes" is to purchase it--  It doesn't show up as any "option" in Origin, so I'm at a loss...

Origins>Gear (on the top right corner of Origin beside the question mark)>Redeem Product Code>Enter DLC Code

It should download automatically after that.
