Hi, I wanderered a long time to try find what to do: I have Mass Effect 1 and Mass Effect Pinnacle Station in Origin. I installed today Mass Effect 1 in Origin. Then bought Pinnacle Station in origin too.
The Pinnacle Station installation runs and at end it just says "The installation failed". In installation log it seems fail on a license check but I just installed ME1 and provided the key origin send me.
I have no idea where I could request help or refund at Origin. Anybody has a link? Thanks for any help.
Where is the technical help for Mass Effect bought on Origin?

You cant... but if you find a way I would love to hear it(that doesnt involve international phone calls).
Me3 wouldnt work I had to crack it.. I ended up taking it back yesterday because of the ending anyways and after a big enough shouting match at Ebgames got my money back.
My account is screwed all my games have disapeared from it and the only thing I have left is the DLC for ME2.
Cant contact ANYONE to fix it.
Best of all.. you cant post in the ME3 forums including the Technical HELP without a registered game.. way to go bioware way to go EA.
All my games with linked to my account have disappeared.
Bioware and EA dont give a crap however.. they got my money why should it matter that my Games are gone?
Except DA2 which btw is the one game I wouldnt care if it disappeared.

I have quoted in my files an account for EA technical help alas I didn't quote the url and can't see something in my bookmarks. At least there was something like one or two years ago, but perhaps not anymore.
I hardly believe there's no support at least to complain to Origin that sold me the stuff. The shipping email mention to contact the client service but not link and I found nothing in Origin.
If someone could help on that.

Now I have registered in this site ME2 I see the technical forum for ME1&2.
But I tried another methoed : help.ea.com
Then clic tthe huge button to the right "talk to a game advisor". For Mass effect 1 I got a form to fill for support, the response will be by email, I'll see.
