Angry joe is an idiot and is nothing more then just another gamer, when he gets hired on by IGN I'd take his opinion far more seriously, in this case he is just jumping on your alls band wagon to remain popular on youtube.

You're attacking the person rather than the argument.

That is a common tactic to use when you don't have a counter argument against the topic. A tactic I have seen used quite a lot around here in the past week or so.

Why is he an idiot?

Who hired you?

Joe makes good points. If you don't like his points then ignore him instead of posting in this thread. Glad you just let everyone in this thread know that your truely not mature enough to handle anything that goes against what you believe.

Again, Angry Joe pretty much sums up well why people are upset with how BioWare ended Mass Effect 3. Doesn't have to be a super "happy" "hollywood" etc... ending. The game deserves better!

I think he was being sarcastic....otherwise he's an idiot that fell in an argumentum ad hominem.

I'm sorry to say but he actually believes the stuff he says, so yes, the person calling us immoral whining babies is in fact...

You know I'm not going to say it explicitly.

It's the pot calling the kettle black.

Explain Citadel with logic? None of us cant, because there is nothing logic about the ending(s).

Yes you can't, that's the entire point. You cannot prove I am wrong on the Citadel surviving because it is a fact it survives in Control. That you do not see logic in the endings is not an argument in regards to the fate of the Relays in Control.

The Angry One: That's the main reason I even bothered arguing at all on these forums. People don't even BOTHER to check control out, they don't bother to analyze it. They just look at a video on youtube and see Charon, but ignore the Citadel for the most part, if they even bother looking at anything but Charon.

Yes I belive they were lazy or that was intentional for them to leave it like that.

Joe or IGN, just judge them by their points (I thought Joe was spot on, IGN still thinks we just want happy endings), not personal attacks to invalidate their opinion.

so argue why joe was wrong, and stop dropping "he's a soldout" "he's an idiot"

I've been misled by this guy's rants in the past, but he's been pretty spot-on about ME3.

Bioware, take notice of this list. THAT is why we're so angry, and why most of us aren't going to walk away after you make a few "we're listening" remarks. The only way you can fix this mess is by digging yourselves out of your own company's grave and give us the fitting end to mass effect. Throw out any plans you had for other DLC or sequels and give it your all here.

If not, well you had a good run I guess. All good things must end I suppose.

Looks like the movement is gaining powerful war assets.

I really hope "Hold the Line" has the desired effect. It's not that the players deserved better, it's that Mass Effect deserved better.

defenestrated: The Citadel CONTROLS the Relays AND the Reapers, it being destroyed makes sense if you are going to destroy all the Relays in Destroy/Synthesis. It being NOT destroyed, and NOT firing the beam makes no sense unless the Relays are not destroyed in Control.

Check out this video at about the 1:28 mark. They're destroyed in the control ending, just as the space child told us they would be.

Ah yes, watch the control. As if I haven't

As I've stated before: Explain the Citadel with good logic.

I wasn't implying that you hadn't seen it, merely that you may have forgotten part of it. Lord knows I haven't memorized the entire sequence.

We can speculate back and forth about why the Citadel doesn't explode in the control ending but I don't see why that matters here. You're using that to argue why the mass relays shouldn't be destroyed but we see them get destroyed in the cinematic.

Great video. Nice to see another more well known (whether you like him or not) reviewer's take on the terrible endings.

So if we don't like ME3's current ending that means we want a bull**** sunshine and rainbows ending?

Lol sorry my reply totally came out wrong. I agree the Citadel is closing, but the relays do blow up in Control.

And It was ment to be the endings arent whats making much sens for a storytelling standpoint. Control > Citadal survives, relay destroyed (why? i just took control of the reapers!). U know?.

Sorry for my total fail sentence. :P

Another opinion that perfectly summarizes the fundamental problems with the current ending. It still baffles me how so many people can be angered by the same things, and how unified this response has been. It's sad that Bioware didn't see this coming, but now that we're giving them more than enough tips on how to fix it, we can only hope that they listen.

Thanks Angry Joe. We will continue to hold the line while people like you speak out

The 'angry' in the name is quite misleading. This was actually a very well thought out video and expresses valid concerns with the endings that many of us share. It also points out the blatant contradictions on what was verbally promised (or at least implied) to fans before the release of ME3 and what we actually got.

What most people who hate the endings want yes. The polls so many value so much are clear on this. I know your problems with the endings, but we both know why so many people are shouting here, and it IS because of a lack of happy ending.

Relays are destroyed in all cases.

Citadel is a Relay

Citadel is destroyed in Destroy and Synthesis.

Citadel is perfectly fine in Control.

If you are going to ignore it, fine, your entire point is backed by nothing, if you are to argue it then bring logic to prove it.
