Okay, so I preordered the N7 Edition Collectors Edition of the game from Amazon.co.uk.
It came in the post and when I opened it I found only the one leaflet with a DLC code, which was for the From Ashes DLC. I thought nothing of it at the time, and dived into the game. This is where my problems began.
I registered the code for that DLC, and nothing seemed to happen. I did so at the prompt at the start screen. I expected the monitor on the right of the screen to pop up, notifying that online access was available and nothing occured. I played the game for a bit, and found the From Ashes DLC had downloaded, but I had none of the other DLC extras sold with this edition of the game. Likewise, I do not have the soundtrack either and I found I could not use multiplayer at all.
I contacted EA, who after my waiting 45 mintues to speak to someone replied simply 'Contact retailer', I contacted Amazon, who said I could either get a full refund, a partial refund and a standard copy of the game (they have no more N7 editions) or I should contact EA.
I tweeted about this too, and the @masseffect twitter responded and promised to help me and took all my details...only to then go silent on me and I have no idea what is going on now.
It's not entirely spoiled my enjoyment of the game but it has frustrated me. I have essentially spent a lot more money for just a standard edition of the game.
Can someone tell me: am I being simple? Is there only the one code included in the game and is there something else I need to do to activate the Online Pass and other DLC? Or am I really short a few codes in my box, like I assumed? And anyone have any idea what else I can do to sort this?
N7 Edition - I only seem to have half of what I paid for

Not sure about the UK version, but the US version had 2 different codes on the same slip. One for From Ashes the other for the Collectors Edition content\\online Pass.

Hmm, on mine there is just one code. It is starting to make me feel like I've got half a game

Why didn't you register your codes in the PlayStation Store? I have never encountered a problem doing it that way. Any time you get a code, open up the store and redeem your code before loading up the game. I did not get the N7 edition, but I would assume you would have one for online pass, one for From the Ashes, and one for the CE stuff.

That's kinda lame. Mine has one at the top above "activate your online pass" and the second is 2/3 down the page right above the ME3, BioWare and EA logos. The back side is an ad for Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning. Sorry I couldn't help, I hope you can get it all sorted out.

Not sure what you can do though. I always check my codes and make sure they are all there before leaving the store. That way if something is missing, they can help right then and there. If you ordered it from an online store, maybe call them or BioWare / EA. Which can suck as it's the weekend... Good luck

As I mentioned, I did contact EA and Amazon, and each told me to speak to the other. So they were both no help at all.
And I used the codes in game because I have never before had any problem doing it that way.

I have heard that the UK versions have the codes on seperate slips. Recheck everything that came in your package for the online pass. That code will activate multiplayer and download the CE items. The soundtrack is an all together different story.
If you don't have the code you can try EA support. I suggest either telephone or email. Webchat is severe hit or miss in terms of solid help. If you do email I suggest you add lice of all items in box as well as a copy of your receipt from Amazon. Keep in mind though that your only recourse may be to get another N7 edition but hopefully not. Good luck.

You should have received two code slips; both with red writing, the first stating 'activate your online pass' (activates the online / multiplayer functions), the second stating 'coming soon' (activates 'from ashes', and the soundtrack). To get the soundtrack you need to register your games at bioware, and then look under the user content tab of your home page.
Hope you manage to get it sorted.

Yup, definitely missing a slip then. I only had the one headed "Coming Soon".
I have been in touch with EA, the Mass Effect twitter feed, and Amazon and all have been incredibly unhelpful. I'm thinking another email (with receipt attached as you suggested) and see if I can find some kind of complaints procedure as well.
Does anyone from BioWare check these boards as well? Maybe I should message them too?

Yeah, so you are missing the slip with the CE Online Pass. Even if you get an online pass from a standard edition, you won't get the robot dog, N7 arsenal and alternate appearances. You'll need to specifically get a CE code.

Don't you received a mail from amazon with an extra code ?
Anyway, I was really disapointed when I saw that the soundtrack was a downloadable content. Shame, 84 euros for that...I could torrent this. And the robot dog, I'm still searching why they made me pay for this.

Take your questions to the PC or Xbox sections, even if they're PS3 related; Bioware likes to pretend us PS3 players don't ACTUALLY exist, and thus do not come into our tech help section.

I had the same problem - just return to Amazon, get you're money back and wait for Uncharted 4

Actually, I didn't like Uncharted 3, I felt it had a poor ending, and incoherent story structure, unlike the previous games in the series.
Amazon suggested I return it and get a part refund; they cannot give me a new N7 Edition as they have no more copies apparently.
I shall try seeking help in the PC section too. Tbh, the amount of noise I've been making about this, I had hoped someone from BioWare or EA would have sorted me with a code just to shut me up.

for the UK N7 collectors edition you should have 2 slips with codes , plus an e-mail with a 3rd code

sssht don't start with poor endings here... you'll get a zillion reply's all off the subject. At least the guys from naughty dog are honest about their story though. I bought a normal PC edition instead, just as much fun, right up to the thing we don't mention. I preorderd an CE edition too, but no code works... allready sent it back, with a little note where to put it..
