Just wondering when or how am i goin to open those luck chest?

Been running into a few of those myself: master lockpick skill + 25 cunning and there are still chests I cannot open??

30 cunning + master lock pick is what you need. As a rogue you should spec into cunning more then strength anyway/

Where i can get those cunning things and master lock pick? i am only at the part where i fought the ogre....

i am using mage btw.

Mages can't lockpick. Only rogues. You will be able to get into them later in the game when you pick up a few folks.
