keep moving, you dont need to kill everything, your just waiting for EDI to tell you the missiles are ready
the reaper lazer will only go down the street, your safe from it inside any building

use your medi-gel as you need it, you won't need it again after you fire the 2nd set of missiles

once she gives you the go ahead, run to the launcher (the 2nd one closest to the reaper) and interact with it,remaining enemies wont do anything

even when the 2 banshees come from the left side and the girl is telling they got overun there?

With the brutes, try to keep something between you and them. If they have a clear shot, They will charge. And with the banshees, just keep moving. Do not let them get close.

Eventually you'll have more then two Banshees attacking with each wave. But yeah, as others have said, if you just keep moving you should be okay. By the end of the game, my squadmates were all tanks, and they you can always revive them if they go down.

It's less an issue of killing all the enemies then it is of just surviving till you can fire the missiles.

From my experience, its not the banshees and brutes that killed me the most. It was the husks and pesky cannibals that did the most damage to me.

I think I took more damage from the Mauraders who attack from the flanks. While backtracking to avoid the Banshees.

The Reaper will fire his laser every few seconds. The laser will always try to move towards Shepard, however it will always move around heavy cover. This laser will instant kill anything, including you, your teammates or those Brutes and Banshee.

If you can try to line them up in front of you, or if you are in heavy cover and those enemies are right next to the cover, the laser can save you a lot of trouble killing them. On the downside they instantly respawn on the other side of the map once they are killed.
