Can you detail your issue more. Are you having issues importing your ME2 saves or is the issue your having with DLC ?

ok, perhaps i should explain more, i have DLC from Pre-Ordering ME3 as well as DLC from playing the Kindom of Amaluar (spelling) demo and they are on another account which i don't use to play ME3, and i've tried to contact EA about transferring the content, but no dice

So, from what I'm getting, your ME3 DLC and Kingdom of Amular DLC are on a different account than the one you used to play ME3?
If so, then it doesn't make sense how you registered you ME3 DLC on one account and the actual game on another account. That said, I don't see why EA support won't transfer it over.

I've seen some other posts in the pc support thread . . . other are having the same issue. You'll need to keep trying with EA support until you get someone who knows what their doing.
Make sure you have your receipt for the game to prove you bought it. You also need all the details regarding the two accounts ( date of birth registered with each account, email address, etc ).
They can and will merge the accounts for you. Just keep trying.

In that case, try contacting EA Support. I don't think you can do it yourself
