And look at Bioware employees completely beat around the bush. They either A: avoid talking about past quotes or B: Completely bullcrap and use reviews as a scapegoat.

Thanks OP...according to Casey Hudson this is our work of art along with them....we demand Artistic Integrity or take credit for this fiasco all by yourself Bioware, you didn't listen to us, you just snatched our money.
There are so many games out there, Bioware always stood above the pack...their games WERE well thought out and interesting....WERE...welcome to the land of mediocre Bioware, you lost your edge....tis a pity.
This is an oft-reported misunderstanding of the case in question. According to Wikipedia's article on the case, the coffee was unreasonably hot, hot enough to cause third-degree burns, requiring hospitalization, skin grafts and 2 years of medical treatment. I really don't think they should be sued. So ridiculous.
Remember the time a woman sued McDonalds, because she was clumsy enough to spill HOT coffee down her front at the drive thru?

So you are for an ending which you haven't even experienced yourself?
Go play ME3 and finish then come back here and we'll see if you retain your stance.

Things change during game development and I really think game developers need to stress this more when doing interviews etc. In principle, and even also many times, in the concrete, anything and everything are subject to change, sometimes without notice, in game development.

STICK IT TO THE MAN, GUYS.
Seriously though. Either be civil about this issue or get out. I'm so sick of people hating and being cynical for the sake of it.
Yes, the bunch of videos promising us stuff that never happened is sad, but that doesn't mean you should blame the entire company and swear to the devs. It's just not helping this problem at all. I am genuinely seeing half of you acting like a bunch of toddlers. You are spiting people who enjoyed the ending, saying they can't have been emotionally invested or something else stupid.
Yes, the game was a let-down. I was a Thanemancer. That shiz was a kick in the metaphorical nuts, but I don't say that all devs are a bag of doodles and they should commit suicide or something horrible. I think the entire script was a huge let-down, but I am not going to ask the entirety of BioWare to burn their buildings to atone for their evil sins.
Be civil about your issues. BioWare is one of the few big companies who really care about their fans. I'm sure they are as upset as you guys in how this business has been handled.
