Zevran *is* built as a dual wielder? What's the point in respeccing him to do just that?

Maxed out his Rogue ablities, his Dual-wield abilities, Dex at 38, Constitution at least 20, Strength as high you can (more than 34 if possible) - this is for equipping him with high-end gears, his willpower (a bit more than the default) & make sure his combat special ability is maxed out too so that he can access more techniques and equipment.
