Then look at the picture in the video, and the different colors on screen. 

Then look at the date: 06/06/2011
And now look at the stargazer scene, notice the familarity in the pictures? 

I know about the picture and the title of the song. I was asking specifically about the lyrics.

Bioware must of sent a team online to get a image for Tali and an Idea for ending in a limited time frame.

Whatever artistic integrity Bioware thought they had with ME3's ending is no more. The ending they gave has absolutely no integrity whatsoever. And simply adding a narrated epilogue (lets be honest, that's probably all the EC will do) will not save it.

I first seen this quite a while ago. And I thought it was a parody for ME3 ending.
Then I've noticed an upload date. W T F ????!!

Seriously, when you listen to whole lyrics, its giving you chills, sometimes it feels like ending script totally takes inspiration from this song.
Not to mention colour-changing background. Which means it totally looks like whoever scripted the ending took inspiration from exactly this youtube video and not the song by itself.

It looks like one hell of an humongous Easter Egg, really.
