Yay! After logging in and out several times and promising to sacrifice a chicken to whichever deity would listen, my collectors edition is now showing as enabled and I have the 3 ingame items!

Still can't register the game however and still can't get The Stone Prisoner.

So there is a bug already on first day, oO. Doesn't that mean Bioware dev team going to observe comments to quickly fix them? Or they just going to leave it?

When I click the 'Register' button in the 'Register Game' page, absolutely nothing happens. I'm trying to register the normal, store-bought version of the game.



They really dropped the ball with this entire website. Horrible software and huge server problems:/ Hopefully they won't impact the actual game itself, though.

Just making a post stating that I too am having similar issues as the above posters. I can not register my cd-key to my profile. Kind of sucks.

The worst part by far, no moderator has posted as far as I've seen saying they are working on a fix.

I can't register my game either. I've tried using both Firefox 3.5and IE8. My items Journeys items did download in game setup. I can't redeem my Feral Wolf Charm or Fury of Shale, but it did take the memeory Band code.

This really sucks. They pushed back the launch and still have issues.

Mutant Dwarf, I had the same problem with nothing at all happening with IE, tried Firefox and it submits the code at least...but the code still doesn't work

 Yeah I can't register my CE retail copy of the game either.

Yeah same here I can't get my CE retail version to register and I dare not risk the DLCs till I know register is working.

Yep, same problem here too, with the retail PC Collector's Edition. Game is wonderful so far outside of the codes not working.

somehow i logged in through biowares regular site but i cant login through this site directtly very weird and aggravating if i have similar issues with steam downloading dlc i am going to cancel my preorder and buy the console version bypassing this ^&^%8 mess.

When I go to register it just reloads the main page again and then when I check my profile I have nothing registered.

First i took a horribly long time to even register my Bioware social network account. Having done that, I cannot register my game on this site..it either re-redirects me to the login page or tells me i have an invalid code. Finally, i entered one of my promo codes and got the same 2 msgs: Invalid code as well as another saying that my code was redeemed successfully...But nothign is being downloaded in my game...Really buggy and i'm thoroughly frustrated..
