I am also having these issues.
Mutant Dwarf, I had the same issues with nothing happening in IE, tried Firefox and got it to attemp to accept the code at least....not that it accepted the code.

Hey there,i got a problem registering my game too but i managed to redeem all the code(Collectors Edition,Armour,Stone Golem, and etc).Now i just hope that once we all can register our game we can still have the code tied to our game =x

The funny part, cosidering your perspective, is that I've never had a game with so many promo codes and not a single one works. Couldn't they have seen this coming? I sure did.

I had the same problem. It fixed when I clicked this button on the bottom of the in-game client that looked like a circle with an arrow. Appearnatly, it's an 'update' button. It updated my client with my web profile, and everything was able to be downloaded and installed correctly after that.

I'm sure it's just a matter of their server not being able to keep up with the massive influx of people trying to redeem their codes all at once. They'll get things sorted out soon, I believe/hope.

I would be a little more patient if we could get a simple "we are aware of the problem and are working to resolve it". Of course maybe we DID get one and the forums ate it like it's eating other posts as was suggested

Same issues as many have already stated. My item codes worked, and the bonus content is downloading as I type this. I am however, unable to register my game with my profile as yet.

Same as above. Kind of ticked about it too. I miss the old format that BioWare used to do. Crude, yes, but it worked.
