Same as above. I haven't tried redeeming gift codes yet, but I can't register my serial number for a PC Deluxe Digital.

same for me.......Downloaded the 3 ingame items fine, but can not register, I have the pc version.

Mine are working. I purchased via Steam. I now have all the content.

My codes are working. Just go to the promo code page. Type in the top two codes if you purchased off Steam. Don't bother with the one that runs together in one long string.

I basically have the same issues as reported above; 1 - I purchased my game digitally through Impulse.

2 - I registered my game through this site (Also got the code not valid/success message)

3 - I didn't try out my redeem codes though.

4 - When I launch the game, the launcher prompt a window asking to log in as my EA user account, then when I do it display: ''We could not activate DAO on this computer using the EA account you provided. Please take a moment to locate your game key and activate your game on this computer using your EA account.



Then when I try to re-enter my CD Key it says that the key is already been used to activate an account.



Any ideas? Can you guys/gals play the game at least?

I ordered off of steam, my 2 codes for the DLC worked fine, but I was unable to register the game with the 20 character code steam gave me.

where the hell is the cdkey for the ps3 version?i cant find it i used the # under the barcode but that doesnt work says it's incalid

OK I have the Xbox 360 CE version and I did all my redeem codes on my Xbox so I'm good all all the in game ad-on stuff.



My problem however is that I am unable to register my game on this site. When I check on the following:



The Profile link under my Avatar picture, followed by the Register game option.



Then I click on the "Click here to register game" under the Xbox 360



The directions make it seem very simple. And it is.



"Retail version



To register this game, please enter the UPC code as present on the outside of the box. It should look like 123456789012. (include any dashes when entering the UPC)."



easy right? Well, guess what? I entered it. Several times... in every way I could think of.



Now, guess what else kiddies? I get this lovely message.



"Code is not valid for game"



Nice isn't it? So, WTF is going on?



Is it simply an error on the site itself? Did someone already use my code somehow? (Unlikely) Or am I brainless and unable to follow simple instructions? (An acceptable outcome yet, one I'd rather not have to confront.)



I hope someone has and answer for this...

I bought the game for PS3 and there's no registration code in the box. So not only can I not register the game but none of the redemption codes work either. Anyone else having these issues?

Can't register the game either. Xbox 360 version. Asking for UPC, entering it in, being told it is invalid.

PS3 and XBOX users: enter your 12 or 13 digit UPC code, which is on the BAR CODE of your box. If you have tried to register it repeatedly, please PM your UPC to me and I will check what is going on.



For clarification: game registration on this site, for any console, is *completely* unrelated to any promo code or in-game items. If you can't register your *game* on this site, your content will be completely unaffected.

what about pc? i used serial number and it didint worked, just want to get my toolset,

Same here as Deathbringer Harkus - The game works fine, its a legitimate copy, my chars and screenies get uploaded, can change my avatar etc... but i cant register my game, therefore...

I cant download the toolset to make my own campaigns :S
