 In the citadel embasis, an asary war general is there. I gave her some random artifact, and apparently, if I walk towards the chairs next to her; sheppard climbs on the chairs. Then he can climb on top of the asari war general. Then I can walk on the baluster and managed to fall down on the level below; where people and aliens of carton-quality were there; not moving. I was stuck there. I had to reload the game. Thanks for looking into it. I'll save my game right before it and I can provide pictures upon request.
