Well, I'm having a couple different code related issues.
Obviously the site is not handling the pre-release traffic very well, makes me shudder for tomorrow, but here goes.
When I try to enter my code for the downloadable items (from my DA:O Collector's Edition)
I've used Firefox 3.5.4 and IE8 both unsuccessfully. Hell, I even threw in an IETab just to see.
With IE8, the site refuses to keep me logged in from one page to the next. Of course, that's probably because half the time that I try to access a page it returns 'Page cannot be displayed'.
Firefox has more success, it can at least keep me logged in. However, if I try to Redeem Promo Codes (http://social.biowar...redeem_code.php), it takes me to a blank page (no source at all).
So, I tried to register my game. The site tells me that my CE key is invalid (obviously it was sufficient for me when installing the game). I noticed, however, that the site calls for " The DA cdkey look like XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX."
My key is not. It is formatted XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX.
I know the site says this is a beta. I don't care. If I'm required to come here and register these things, they should've been setup successfully before release.
Note: Good thing I copied this post before I hit submit, looks like the site was down briefly. Although, it doesn't appear to have resolved the issues I mentioned above.
Register Game, Redeem Codes, Neither Work

Using fiddler, I see the request go out and then essentially not get so much as a header response.
With wireshark you can see the request go up in a packet stream, but basically after the endpoint conversation starts, nothing, it just hangs out there.
No response comes back and either chrome or IE will then return a connectivity/DNS error because they assume that they just cant get to the server.

redeem codes worked (I think) i left out the dashes and used cap lock (not that that should matter). I saw the CE items and the Mass Effect 2 armor downloading to 100% in game but never installs. Then after entering the Shale code the downloaded CE and Armor item changed to some generic names on the download screen, very weird. Man I hope this didn't invalidate my codes. cd key still not being accepted. FYI I purchased the game from EA.

I have a similar problem. Im logged in and redeemed my codes. A message says that the code has worked, but then nothing happens after that. I check the progress from inside DA but i see nothing?
Does that mean I just wasted the codes? :S

Alright, I was able to use the redeem codes now too, but like DP said, it is very duplicitious and tells you that it fails and is successful. Fortunately, the latter is true.
Still no registration.
FYI: I have PC CE.

I have PC CE and I entered all my codes and they have downloaded in game. I had to restart the client after entering them though. In addition they are not moving to the "installed" tab. They do show up at the journal in game though.
