It's the UPC off the back of the sleeve (the CE box is steelcase) for the CE of the Xbox 360 version. I just tried the UPC for the regular 360 version, 014633159806, and it works fine. It's the UPC for the CE version that is borked.

Theres an issue with the impulse version. (It doesn't install the service for the DLC) check the Stardock forums for a fix.

Error code 1060 means the DA Download Manager, as a service, does not exist/not installed etc; check a couple of posts up, probably means you have manually install it as per some instructions listed here.


Thank you guy with hair. I had a combination of issues coming also from the installer that came form Impulse. Key for me was that I was assuming that the command console in Windows 7 would automatically be run as administrator, but it turns out it isn't. So I ran it as admin, launched the manual install of the service, and it was all fine. 

All in all a bad combination of bugs from separate sources, including this website that would still tell me that the codes were not accepted even if the download worked alright. All the content I paid for is in game now, though, so all is well.

That's me. Got the Xbox360 version of the CE, and the UPC isn't even long enough to match the example.

No dice. Need help.

Same...entered codes which reported success but nothing shows up in DLC w/in the game. Purchased the Deluxe version through Impulse...LOVING the game by the way.

For me, they accepted the codes, but they don't download! No progress, not even anything in the download progress screen, nothing at all, quite annoying!

014633168839 - CE 360 Version



Both 12 digits, both from the back of the box, both with no dashes or spaces. The top one works, the bottom one doesn't. Whoever coded the site just forgot to mark 014633168839 as a correct UPC.

I managed to get everything downloaded, all the codes redeemed, but now it is saying my account isn't authorized to use them. Yes, I'm logged into the same account I redeemed the codes on. This is fairly goofy...

I use windows xp, I tried almost all tips posted here ... I already upgrade. net framework ... I tried to start the "Dragon Age: Origins updater manually ... but it starts to load a bar, but in the middle to the end a msg comes ... time out, giving a 1053 error, saying there wasn´t possible to connect the server ... ! ... =/

My redeem codes also did not work. They were accepted and the items are shown in my profile but I can't download them into the game and they are not shown under available content.

update: mine worked now.. took 2 days :D

just go to the downloadable content on the main menu of the game. it will all link from there.

My codes still aren't working. I've also sent a few messages to EA and not gotten any sort of response. Very frustrating. I am also not getting the ring I was supposed to get for uploading characters made with their character creator. The game is fun, but I feel ripped off right now. Why did I bother preordering the collectors edition if I am not going to get any of the bonus content.

The good folks at Stardock Impulse just figured it out a few hrs ago, apparently the DAUpdaterService was not installed properly with the game. Basically here's a quick fix until a patch comes out - it uses Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 to install the updaterservice.

First you have to get the the installutli.exe from the

I was able to redeem all my codes, and download all of my deluxe DLC to 100%... but nothing is installing at all

i dont get ay off my DLC in the game, the download section is empty i hava all my dlc on this page shows at Your registered game promotions tab ....why isnt it in game ??? why do i have to read 12 pages off forums just so i can activate dlc !!.... clicking the bloody contact us link doh....
