It's been 10 days and I still can't register my game on the social site. I have had no response from EA customer service. I really don't know what to do, this seems extremely ridiculous to me.

to whose who are having the downloading and installing problems... i've only been playing for a day, but i finaly worked out, with no help at all from EA sites... that u need to make sure ur firewall is allowing the game through, by going to configure, on the game lauch screen clicking on repair, some may need to use " clear download cache " ... i on the other hand used " add firewall exception " , loged back into the game, and there u go, they were installing, and all set to go... hope this helps.

Same problem here. I redeemed the code, the information is shown correctlly on the site but nothing appears on the game download screen....

I'm having same problem...redeemed codes, information in profile shows it's redeemed, but nothing shows in download content screen. If I click games > dragon age origins > official DLC I get an error saying I do not have permission to view this page.



DAO is permitted through my firewall (Kaspersky Internet Security 2010) -- everything else on the website seems to be working for me.

I cannot register my Xbox 360 Collectors Edition. I try to register the UPC and it says "Code not valid". At least I was able to download all content through Xbox Live with no problems.

same trouble here as well. In my case I am returning the product to the store as 'defective', just think if everyone did that, then these people lose millions of $ prompting managers to force peons to do something or get fired.

I have problem with my Witch Hunt DLC. It work in game but site don't see it as bought and i can't download a patch for that dlc.

Okay i put the code in and then it just says no page found for my Dragon age orgins
 And the site wont allow me to register my game this is crap

I've installed the game on my last computer (that died) and I'm logged into the same account (on new comp) I unlocked the Shale content for, but not it won't recognize my account has the content unlocked, and now it's saying the code to redeem the content is already used... Yes.... By Me... Is this being ignored or is there a way to get what I paid for?

@ Kauric: The code can be used only once. After that the content is tied to the account (you can see the content you're entitled to here: http://social.biowar...ntitlements.php). If the DLC is in your registered game promotions, but you have problems with downloading and installing it automatically after you log in the game to your account or if it became unathorized, it's probably because the DAUpdater doesn't work as it should.

Have you checked the stickies in the PC tech support forum?
For download problems: Redeemed DLC Unofficial Troubleshooting and FAQ (PC Only)
For DLCs being unauthorized: Dragon Age DLC In-Game Errors FAQ

If those don't help, you can do a search here (remembering that the search function searches only through titles and gives 52 oldest results) or through Google with results limited to this site (add site:social.bioware.com before your search parameters) - there have been many threads with different solutions to your problem (I assume your DLC is unathorized, the Downloadable Content tabs in game are blank or the download/installation process isn't working - if your problem is different, you'll have to describe it for others to help you).

If nothing here works, you have to go to EA for the official support.
