I had the same problem. But now it seems I got at least the bonus stuff redeemed successfully. At least I got a message saying that (over that message was another one though, saying it´s invalid! Go figure^^). In game nothing appears under "downloadable content" though. I hope it´s just because they are slow with updating all the promo codes coming in.



P.S.: Yes I am logged in, in game and here, with the same account.

I'm having similar issues. I have the PC CE version, I can not register the game



I have been able to enter the redeem codes for the CE items and Shale which have been downloaded and installed.



Should the CE version have a code for the Wardens Keep?

Well I had the message "code redeemed" and the message "Code not recognized, please check that you have entered it correctly." at the same time and NO DLC WAS UNLOCKED.



Is my code now defunct? THAT WOULD BE SO GREAT!

Wow, its not often Bioware drops the ball like this. Can't register either, haven't tried promo codes yet as I'm just about to install the game. Perhaps this whole "social site" wasn't the greatest idea to begin with.

I had problems getting my account registered (or so I thought). Web site told me I had successfully created one but then when I went to log in it took me to the profile screen and asked me for additional information. After completing that and clicking login it kept giving me an error message. I tried to go to the page to redeem in game codes but kept on getting account login errors there too. Finally, I gave up and decided to just play the game.



When I booted the game up it had an in game account login option. Being the masachist I am I decided to give it one more go. Wonder of wonders, when I tried to login from the game it worked! I then went to the downloadable content tab in the game. It brought up the page where you enter the code for the downloadables and I put mine in (with caps lock on and no dashes). It gave me both a success and an error message. Wasn't sure what to make of that so I ALT-TAB'd back into the game to see if I had my items. Clicked on the "Installed Content" tab and...nothing. Tried a couple of different things, then just randomly clicked on the swirly arrow after the point total under the "Avialable Content" tab. I noticed an icon appear on the "Download Progress" tab. Went back to the "Installed Content" tab and found the pre-order ring was now available in game. I repeated this process with the other content (enter code on site, click on points arrow, watch download update and then view content in game.



The site seems to be majorly fubar'd but even so you seem to be able to bypass most of the errors by using the in game options. Just remember to click the arrow next to your EA points total after you enter the downloadable content code in order to actually start the process.

Same problem here. The game works fine and my bonus content codes seem to work, but I can't register the game.

If you are experiencing issues registering your game or redeeming codes, please use the "contact us" link at the bottom of any page with details. If using that form, you can include your CDKEY and we can investigate why it's not working.

I bought DA:O digitally from EA Store Thailand. I can install the game and input key to d/l from EA store but I cannot register the game to get Toolset. :-( any help ?

I can't register either. I did however redeem my codes but nothing in game confirms this. I really hope they aren't invalid now. It would be nice if we could get some official answers here.

Yeah, I registered all my DLC, and it said failed and successful at the same time. Trying to register the game results in no success.

This is beyond frustrating it's madness. I finally got the **** site to accept my feral wolf charm but now i can't download it. This site is very broken at times it directes me to step 2 of creating a new account when I already did at other times it will direct me to step 3 when I try to redeem codes. Bah. Bioware please fix this I expect this crap from EA not you

I think I got the in-game item codes redeemed properly, but I can't register the game online. For the item cards, make sure you're doing it in all caps. Silly that it's case-sensitive since there's no lower-case, but oh well

Yep, can't register game & redeeming my codes say both fail and success at same time; nothing showing up in game...

You can get all your DLC codes under "redeem code". You can't however, register the game in the register game place.

same here i bought my digital CE edition off Direct2drive, and my codes are not working

Ugh, It said my shale/dragon armor redeemed code where both accepted and not recognized. I went in game to see shale downloading, got to 100 percent and would not install, restarted the game and got "buy this dlc"....
