I got all items i was supposed to get.

But the forum is very ill.

And the game is ill too.

I got my promo codes to redeem but it claims my product key is invalid for PC :-/

What a joke, I'm loosing my faith in BioWare; even if I blame EA, it's BioWare's responsibility to address this. If EA said no to the cost of additional capacity for launch, BioWare should have thought of something to appease their customers...



BioWare/EA, you need a better IT person, who understands capacity planning and knows how to rent capacity to deal with increased load. I know, cause I'm in the industry, give me a call, I'll have you ready before SW:ToR launches and you have this issue even worse...

I logged into my account and redeemed supposedly successfuly but nothings showing up logged into my ea account in game under download content........

So my friends ask me how the game is, and my response is, I don't know, Bioware won't allow me to play it. What do you think runs through their heads when they go to pick up a new game when they hear of all the trouble people are having. /cynicism



Still very frustrating to know that an experienced company in the computer gaming industry is having such rookie mistakes. Yelling and whining by us don't get things done any faster I know, but idle hands and such...

I was having issues for awhile but after hitting the refresher button a couple times the downloadable content showed up though it seems to be sitting at 0% heh.

Same problem as everyone else here. I hit the Contact Us link, but I can't get either my game or my promo codes in. Getting the same success/failed message on the promo codes, but the game itself just isn't registering. =/

well i entred the first code and click redeem and got sent to a page to update my profile. I called EA and they todl me the site is down and they do not know when it will be back online. They stated they have no idea if my code was accepted and if not wil i beable to use it to try to redeem it once the site is working

Can't redeem codes for the armor or shale. Hopefully they'll just allow everyone to download it w/o the code, because the system is busted.

I have the same problem. I can't register my game on this web site, and can't get my content (Deluxe edition from steam). But i can still play the game.

I installed the game and put in my promo code for the Fury of Shale. I launch the game log in my account and nothing is downloading. I click redeem code and now it says it's invalid. And it keeps bumping me out of my account.



Why launch the new site around the same time of a major game release? I paid for a product that I can't fully use and honestly it's frustrating.

Not seeing my posts show up but eh.... after my downloadable content didn't download past 0% i exited game and now the contents not showing up once more.Serves me right to have looked forward to this lol

My game code wont register, says invalid, but I was able to redeem my CE code and the bonus content, and it downloaded it all in game and is checked active. So I guess it doesn't matter a ton if you register the game code there, who knows.

plus one. Cannot register the game or redeem any DLC code. Bioware will surely blame it on EA, and they are probably right. I love Bioware, but hate EA. Don't give me any of this "we-were-so-surprised-by-how-many-people-tried-to-get-on-come-release-day" BS

I can't to either either. I am NOT going to be pleased if my "one time use" codes for game-content have been eaten up permanently. I didn't buy the Deluxe Edition just because I like spending more money.
