Well, there certainly still appear to be issues - I can't register my game (digital deluxe version via Impulse). I get a "Code is not valid for game" error message from the website. I used the "Contact Us" form as suggested in one of the other threads with that same info.

However trying to redeem the same code twice won't hurt anything but will still show an error if you have already redeemed it. Hey, I finally got it working.



My registration was finally accepted and all promo codes are working and installed for the PC regular version with Warden's Keep.



Try it one more time people.

still says "Unable to redeem code. " when trying to redeem DLC. (profile->redeem promo code.)

purchased deigital deluxe through impluse/stardock.

Well I'm another person that can't seem to get any of my redeem codes to work.  I thought I had them working, simply because of the greed 'code valid' message, but it also carried the red 'code invalid.'  In game, nothing downloaded, or seems to want to download.  Registering was another nightmare.  Frankly just getting onto the social network has been a headache.

Same thing for me too. I got the code redeemed message, but no content. I tried entering the codes again but the system says they can not be redeemed now, so I am guessing they are marked as used even though I did not get either item.

Game registration currently only works for certain editions. We are resolving this ASAP and will have it fixed shortly.

I redeemed my code to get the Shale expansion to Dragon Age Origins, but I cannot login with the game to download it. It says the servers are down.

I got the game to start, but I can't register my game on my profile. Plus, I entered the dlc codes by using the redeem code option in game (while being on my in-game account) and it accepted it. Problem is...no dlc is downloading right now.

It accepted my codes for the Formari Band and Digital Edition Pack but nothing is downloading. Very frustrating.



And do we REALLY need another social networking site? This just seems like one more hoop to jump through.....

I had similar problems creating my account to redeem my DLC codes. Here's what happened.



* I tried to use my bioware account, which goes under the above screen name.



* I got past the 'personal information' section well enough - but when it got to the profile section (i.e. where you pick your display name) I kept getting an error. It was bizarre.



I then tried creating an EA master account. No dice. Now however I can actually log in, using my display name or the email address under the my EA account, and it comes up as 'Vympel1', as it should.



Now here's the kicker - if I log in through the game itself, it worked last night. My EA master account even gave me some weird 'DragonAge [insert number]' persona, whatever the hell that's supposed to be. But you can't redeem codes that way. You need to do so through this site.



So basically I'm scared to death that if I redeem codes under 'Vympel1' I won't actually get them in game. God, what a clusterf&%C!.

This is why I hate DLC.

Yep same here on impulse. Stardock got my keys to register the game to work but my dlc redeem codes are not working...

i have registered my game, and it says game registered successfully, but then when i go to my games tab in my profile, it says no game is registered.





hope this is fixed, the game unlocks friday evening and i want to get the wardens keep and stuff ready. before i start playing.

 I'm still getting a "Code is not valid for this game" when I try to put in my Steam DDE code to register the game. (tried it both w/o the "-" and with it).

As to the preorder/deluxe codes, it says it didnt work, but it did download and install in the game itself finally.

Took my Memory Band key, but not my Deluxe promo key nor the game registration key. The DLC list in-game is completely empty. :x

Bought it on Steam with Deluxe edition, have that same issues with being able to register DLC but not the game, happy to see bioware is working on the problem. But this should have been fixed before release, Digital version is just as important if not more.

I can't play my game because I can't register it. I'm getting "code not valid" I'm trying to keep my nerd rage to myself but it's starting to spill over. I took my day off work because I thought I'd be able to play. This sucks pretty badly.

Restistration doesn't work, while ingame says that the key has already been used.
