Also having issues with bonus DLC items: CE items, Armour, Band of Fire, Memory Band, Stone Prisoner, all downloaded but wont install. In the details it's highlighting the game version as being wrong but the game is v1.0 which the items are saying they require. The only DLC that's installed properly is The Lucky Stone. While it's nice to have something, the fact I've paid for the CE and it being a pre-order and all I expect to get my moneys worth.

I tried to register my copy of the 360 special edition on the website, but it is not accepting the UPC.

My codes seemed to get accepted just fine by the code redeemer here, but I can not see any content in game.. ?!?

Same deal - PC CE version (Impulse Store). Social site accepts my CD Key, but the game still says my account isn't activated. When I try to enter the key into the game, it just says it's already been used.

I have the same problem, very frustrating. We must be a touch stupid others have managed this.

Got the PS3 version today,made the mistake of using the "redeem" codes via PC, anyway around this

so I can get the DLC for my PS3 game?

This is dumb. I've been waiting for a long time to play this game. Pre-ordered of Impulse and can't get it working. The social site says the game is registered on my profile but the DA:O launcher doesn't find it and says my CD-Key is already in use. It has been 5 hours since I downloaded the game and I still haven't been able to play this. I know people who have been playing it illegally for 2 days and I paid for it and still can't get it working. DRM is crap and once again only hurts the legit buyers while pirates can play with no problems. I really hope EA/Bioware will be doing something nice for everyone.

Did you check for typing errors, and the difference between zero and the letter o?

Same here.. Cannot redeem codes, cannot log in. Somehow the EA and Bioware accounts got messed up. Cannot register my Bioware account because the e-mail is already in use, but then it tells me I don't have an account registered yet.



What a mess.

PS. The 'contact us' option doesn't work either. The servers are overloaded.

If you redeem your codes, are they good for all characters you create?

Well, it is nice to see that I am not the only one having this issue. I've managed to install the game and register it. I even managed to get one of my promo codes to show as accepted, but nothing happens in the game. I sent an email to EA... hopefully I will get a response by tomorrow. For now I think I am just going to go try the game as it is. If I end up having to start again to get my promo items I guess it isn't that big of a deal.



Good luck to everyone else that is having problems too. Maybe these issues will all just resolve themselves for us.

Have hope! I was just able to successfully register my PC version of the game. Here's hoping it sticks. My content codes were redeemed without too much trouble earlier. I had been waiting on being able to properly register my game with my account (like many others).

I just got mine delivered by UPS 15 minutes ago and I'm installing at this very moment.......all I can say is that you people are scaring me with all this talk. What awaits me beyond the install .......hmmm

I have PC CE i entered all codes including pre-orders from EA logged into the site like it says on the redeem code cards, but i have nothing showing up in the downloadable content tab in DAO so i wonder if i some how messed up and have now just wasted the codes and have spent the extra money for nothing....anybody have any ideas on what to do???

hey all, when you go to the dlc, you dont enter it as the redeem code, you have to press y for 360 or triangle for PS3 and enter the 16, not 25 letter/number code. and it automatically gives you your items. I dont know what it is for PC tho, sorry

ahh it is working now be patience it will load the servers are just bogged down is all. i just had all the same problems you guys had and now mine is working.........enjoy the game see you later

I really think we should enjoy the game w/out the d/l content for now....servers must be overloaded(i couldn't even access the community site for 10 mins b/c of "extreme traffic") so lets be thankfull that we could play the game and actually got it on time.
