Got this in the email.



We've *just* deployed some bugfixes for the redeem codes page on the site - please try redeeming them again and see if it works.



If not, please send me the specific code(s) you are trying to redeem and we will investigate further.

I had the same problem... but slowly they are all becoming Authorized. I just waited on the installed content screen and slowly one by one the unauthorized messages disappeared.



I only have one left, my Collectors Edition, that is still unauthorized, I might try re entering the codes for that. But I also have a slow internet connection so that maybe it.



Check out your list again.

Sorry for the double post.  When my first post didn't appear right away I thought it didn't go through.  I'll be more watchful of this in the future.

I've been having the exact same problem. DLC code went through, but the game isn't letting me download either. Registration and pre-order keys not going through either.

OK I have the Xbox 360 CE version and I did all my redeem codes on my Xbox so I'm good all all the in game ad-on stuff.



My problem however is that I am unable to register my game on this site. When I check on the following:



The Profile link under my Avatar picture, followed by the Register game option.



Then I click on the "Click here to register game" under the Xbox 360



The directions make it seem very simple. And it is.



"Retail version



To register this game, please enter the UPC code as present on the outside of the box. It should look like 123456789012. (include any dashes when entering the UPC)."



easy right? Well, guess what? I entered it. Several times... in every way I could think of.



Now, guess what else kiddies? I get this lovely message.



"Code is not valid for game"



Nice isn't it? So, WTF is going on?



Is it simply an error on the site itself? Did someone already use my code somehow? (Unlikely) Or am I brainless and unable to follow simple instructions? (An acceptable outcome yet, one I'd rather not have to confront.)



I hope someone has and answer for this...

Can't register my game, either. I've got the 360 Collector's Edition, and it doesn't appear to like my UPC.

I was having the same inability to register game.

Here is what I did that resulted in being able to register game to website

I cleared cookies then closed all Browser windows
I loaded the game, used optopns -> vidio to let me Window mode and then Minimized.
I then launched Explorer, loaded the social site, manually logged in, browsed to the Registration Screen. I turned on caplock then Typed (not pasted) the code with a dash "  -  " after every 4 letter..

Not sure if all steps were needed but that is step by step what I did.

It worked.

No promises, but if it works for at least one of you then I am happy

I have PC version and I entered all my codes and they showed as working but didnt downloaded in game. Since they are one time use what do i do now?

I Figured it out. You have to use uppercase I triied 12 times with lowercase it failed. First time capitalizing everything worked

It seems to be working as of 6:30pm PST, I was able to download thwe stone warrior by using in-game link to Redeem Code Webpage.



But I cannot find the place to download the Wardens Keep. Anyone Know?

I've never been dissapointed in anything Bioware has ever done...until now. Makes me gunshy for The Old Republic now. This outright sucks.

If you guys are guys are getting the message that the CODE HAS WORKED.



RESTART YOUR GAME.



Log in and out IN GAME.



They will appear and download.



Game registration is not necessary.

I do not have a registration code for my PS3 version of the game. There was no code in the box, on the game or in the instruction booklet. How do you register a game with no registration code? lol

It is on the BACK of your booklet.

For the registration of your game, if you downloaded the game from steam, your code should be just a long string of letters and numbers with no -'s to register the game to your account. you can see it by right clicking on your game in the game's tab and selecting "View game cd-key"...for me theres 3 of them in there, pre-order key, game key, and just the deluxe key...the 2 ones which are 4 groups of 4 letters stringed together were for downloadable content while the solid string was the game registration key. hope this helps a few people...also, you need to log into your account on the game after registering the codes for the downloadable content to start going lol.

Everything worked on the first try !!! Just seemd to take a bit for the DLC to show up but I got everything that I was suppose to
