I have a similar problem. Im logged in and redeemed my codes. A message says that the code has worked, but then nothing happens after that. I check the progress from inside DA but i see nothing?
Does that mean I just wasted the codes? :S

same thing happened to me.

I am just worried that I wasted my codes... WHICH SHOULDN'T EVEN BE POSSIBLE! Someone else said it and I feel the same way- I have never been disappointed in a Bioware product but I am starting to feel real disappointed.. no wait, more like this is pissing me off now. My entire experience with this website has been horrible, but I think that has more to do with Electronic Arts than Bioware. Has a developer or anyone with any authority even bothered to make a statement addressing these issues? This is really bad...

Same problem. DLC seems to work, but can't register game. Might have to do with the fact I don't know which numbers to use to try to register with. :-P

Just called EA Support, guy couldn't do anything for me, although he did say that the keys were showing up on my account. I still get the failure messages and don't see any dlc in game. He sent my problem to "tier 2" support and said they will work on it and email me in 1-2 days.. this sucks.

"WARNING! redeeming this code will use it permanently; make sure you are logged in with your in-game account!"

Why, in the name of all that is intelligent, would they allow it to be possible to use your code while not logged in? That just seems amazingly stupid to me.

PC users, Read :

1) dont panic
2) if youre having problems installing the game because of the code input: use the code on the back of the manual.

3) now you must create an online account here, it's probably already did if you reading this.
4) you must go to www.dragonage.bioware.com/redeem
5) enter the redeem code that is on the slip that was shipped with the game.(masseffect2 and dragon age slip)
6) enter the code.
7) it's case sensitive and you must enter the dashes.
8) after the codes are accepted, start up the game.
9) go to download content in the main menu
10) the game does the downloading, you dont have to do anything.
11) this may take awhile since everyone is doing this today. i think it took 20mins plus. it download, extracts, and installs.

12) laugh because you cant use dragon armor plate, since you must have 38 strength.

How can you register when Steam gave me only a registration number of 16 characters and 20 is required?

We require you to be logged in, but we can't do anything if you attach your codes to a *different* account than what you are using in-game.  Hence the warning.

additionally, we have deployed a fix so that code entering is no longer case sensitive. we are sad that we didn't know about that one earlier. :(

Any word from EA on the Impulse issue? (Unable to play the game, EA doesn't recognize the Game Serial and when we try to enter it manually it is "already used". Totally unable to play.)

Kind of hard to tell which account you are logged into in the first place, if that happened to me I would demand it be fixed.. only place to check which account you are logged into is the edit profile page!

My keys worked.. but it only gave me the two rings, & they stay in the available dlc area. No Armor,... what was the use in pre-ordering this? These non deluxe rings are useless.

Same thing here.

So far, the game is amazing, but this DLC implementation on the website is... lacking. I just hope my support email gets answered so I can rock with my Golem dude sometime soon.

Ok, well I only have one account and if you have to be logged in then at least my codes weren't wasted. This is good. But I am not sure why the content is downloaded in game but doesn't seem to be installed. Which is what lead me to believe my codes weren't redeemed and why I am now posting on here.

I've been trying to enter my DLC and pre-order codes from Steam all day and keep getting the message that it is an invalid code. I've seen others get this message but still get it in game. Unfortunately I am not one of those people. I'm able to play the game but not with any of the DLC i paid an extra 15 dollars for. Where would I go for help because nothing on the forums has helped so far?

Seems everyone is having different issues. I've entered my codes and at one point my pre-order code got a green "accepted!" message. My deluxe key continues to be denied.

Both keys say "Unable to redeem code" when entered now.

Despite the green accepted message I saw, I don't have any DLC showing up in-game. I am logged in the same account in-game obviously.

Same problem. I just want to be able to play with my DLCs. I think I'm up to the part where you get to do Warden's Keep.

My keys never got a green message, but apparently according to the EA Support guy on the phone they both have been applied to my account. Just can't see any DLC being available to download.
