Do they combine if you're using 2 powers each with that talent?

If I use warp with +50% biotic explosion force/damage, then hit it with throw with the same boost, do I get an explosion doing 100% damage and force?

Seems pretty important to know, since on a sentinel with warp/throw, that 50% on warp is useless if it doesn't combine since you're always going to be exploding your warp with throw and never the other way around.

Granted, with Liara or other biotic characters you could use warp to detonate things but there's really no point in not using throw.
