Unfortunately I am not able to log into my EA account on the main menu of Dragon Age Origins (xbox 360 version). The option to never prompted and the email registered to my xbox live account is the exact same one I use for this EA account. I wish to be able to link my xbox up so I can get that pre Nov 30th sword. What gives? Is there anything I can do about this? Thanks.
PS. I am able to connect to EA's dragon age origins servers; however, I cannot log onto my account.

Do you have a DSL internet connection? You need to be connected to XBL before you can hope to connect to the EA servers and that requires your connection to have a certain speed.

Sorry, I forgot to mention that I do in fact have high speed internet and I do in fact connect to the dragon age origins servers; however, the account log in prompt does not occur.

I've been trying to log on for the past couple of days, and every time I push "sign in", the "contacting Bioware servers..." message pops up, then immediately after, a big "Please try again." message appears. Is there any other news on that particular issue?

I am also having this issue and do not get prompted to log in from the main 360 menu screen.

You only ever get prompted to log in once and that is the first time you play while connected to XBL. After that if you are conected to XBL when you fire up the game you'll get logged in automatically at the main menu and if you connect to XBL while at the main menu you can press Y to be logged in to the EA servers.

n i still ant fixed it nore gt much help with it
