Practically, since this is presumably a recurring event prize, it is unlikely to be anything game breaking or even new.
Odds are good that it may be a repackaged veteran or spectre pack.
EDIT: If I were to hope.. A box with no consumables. Just guns and upgrades.

i could honestly believe if they annouced a new DLC in the victory pack

Don't know! I've been spending exactly half of my credits on equipment packs (half on spectre packs) lately so I hope it isn't more equipment (ammo powers excluded, Ill take as many of those as possible).
It'd be nice to be given an N7 weapon at level X. I'm n7 200 and dont have any, not even level one.
Just one at random would suffice.
I really can't say. So far Bioware have done a good job with MP (first try and all considered), so I'm sure it'll be worth it.
