That would be Hanar
Elcor are the giant hippos with permanent sad faces and an annoying tendancy to say how they feel in a monotoned voice every time their mouths.

Edit: but I would love to see a Hanar fight... their ships look badass.
I imagine a hanar using guns can be recreated by drawing a face on a balloon, and tying toy guns to it with twine.

Therefore the N7 Valkyre Assault Rifle is my pick for what is waiting inside the victory pack. I would be happy if that were the case.
