They arent going to fix the ending, they're spending their resources on figuring out how to get rid of the complaints. They're hoping it goes away.

I feel like that person just wanted to get a straight answer to us, or they were given the ultimate answer but not the nod to unleash it yet. Either way, the comments being deleted makes me more nervous. If the info was erroneous, theyd normally just say, "disregard", burying it implies accuracy.

I'm pretty sure as much as it felt like a quick sucker punch that it's still more waiting and showing them (in a civilized manner, as usual) how much we care. The comment was deleted even before I saw it, which leads me to believe somebody either slipped up and got frustrated, deciding to take the fans for a ride or the facebook bot decided to be a jerk. Either way, patience and determination will still win the day.
