Don't let the facebook/twitter post shake your faith. That's exactly what they want it to do. If it shakes your faith and you give up - that's one less voice decrying the endings. If it shakes your faith and you get angry - that's one more voice added to the 'angry mob/easy to call a minority' pile.
Stay civil, stay motivated, keep each other's spirits up. Hold the line. The probability that this would take a relatively long time to get a result was always quite high.
Hold the line!
It's worth pointing out that with that facebook post going up and then being taken down, they win on both fronts. Because the BSN doesn't miss a beat, the people who are posting here are going to be made aware of it, leading to the aforementioned 'losing faith' and because they've taken it down within a very short time span, the public at large aren't going to see those comments attached to a Mass Effect facebook post.
Also, recognise that this isn't really a change of position for them - this whole time they've been telling us that their endings are fine and we've been telling them that they're not. To paraphrase Harbinger: this changes nothing.
Don't let it get to you! Keep doin' what you're doin'! Play the long game!
Good post. It's a marathon, not a sprint. Hold the line.

Plus the wording they use is change and at this time. To me that only means that most likely what they would do is expand on the ending (and that would support Indoc. theory) and that they are not going to release it right now of course. Or they can still change it but of course not right now either. Even if they knew about it, they are not allowed to say. I seriously don't think who ever is manning the facebook page knows anything about it anyways.
Holding the Line. To leave the line, I would have to be dragged away from it.

Well, the response to this has been somewhat uncivil (no surprise), so lets at least reign in our emotions, so if this was flamebait, we dont totally bite on it.
It's not even flamebate, it's standard PR speak.

True or not, it doesn't change anything. I'm not buying any of their crap until they change the ending. That's the line, I'm holding it.
Though at least this is pretty funny. It wouldn't be if they didn't backpedal so fast and delete everything.

Honestly, I just think the "don't discuss future plans" message got borked. They're deciding what to do, nothing should have been said either way until things are further along, and the persons/bots manning Twitter and Facebook screwed up.GoblinSapper wrote...
Think it could be the result of hacking?

At this time we don't have any plans to purchase your products/DLC but we are still listening to your lack of feedback on it

Do you realize what just happened? The massive outrage was SO BAD in the span of three minutes they had to remove the Facebook and Twitter comments because EVERYONE was exclaiming their utter hatred of Bioware.
Bravo guys, they actually had to remove the comments.
Yeah, those comments tried to use gasoline to put out a fire.

Chill my friends, this story is far from over (and hopefully not coming in the form of mid-game DLC).
