Guys, I don't think we should take that FB post seriously. That said, I have a feeling whoever wrote that will be in a lot of trouble come Monday morning...

It is curious in the wording now that I think about it. If I was on the twitter/facebook account my PR response would have been, "We are still determining the best course of action." or something non specific.

They have no plans on changing it right now, that doesn't mean they don't have future plans on doing so in the near future. If they did say so, imagine the bigger sh*t storm that would conjure.

Ctrl+C keys would be broken.

Well considering 90% of their fan feedback is suggestions and questions about the ending.. Way to tell us to shut up I guess... Sigh..

*hope is crushed*

Why all these contradicting statements? Some tweets say there are planning something others dismiss it.. -_-

Edit: Changed my mind, giving some hope when they finished looking through fan feed back they will relent.

No, bots deliver generic lines. This is the first time it's been outright stated that they have no plans to alter the endings. That's pretty big.

Uh, it was pretty generic in my book all the way down to "at this time". classic boilerplate stall tactic. That doesn't mean they will or won't change it. They basically said nothing to look like they were saying something.

Any company that cares about its customers, about money, about income, anything like that, would at this point have plans to change the ending.

It seems that Bioware cares about none of the above.

hmm... now I'm seriously contemplating stopping by Gamestop tomorrow, and giving them all 3 games back.

Still have DA2 as well... maybe that should be returned.

And I don't play KOTOR anymore... and why do I have a copy of Dragon Age Origins for xbox *and* PC, anyway?

Well, at least I'll be getting some money back. :)

WOW! It really feels like they were stringing us along FOR A WHILE THEN! And what the hell is the point of "listening to fans", but not doing anything? Are they saying they will be our therapists and let us talk out why we are upset but not do a thing?

I am done, freaking done Bioware. I have no interest in giving you my money.

One Facebook comment can hardly dampen my resolve. Until Casey, Chris, or Jessica (i.e real identifiable people) claim they are not working on DLC addressing the ending, I will continue to hold the line.

Don't put too much stock in this. We're just getting warmed up. An unofficial comment -possibly by a bot no less!- is just there to try and thin the herd before this movement gets any bigger.

Don't pay any attention. Keep holding the line.

This is how we find out? Not worth an official long statement, we have to find out from a facebook comment?!?!

This just strengthens my resolve. There better be some hard questions to answer at pax

That would be because it's not an official statement, it's pretty much exactly what they've veen saying for a while now.

Exactly.

Agreed.

I'll keep holding the line, but this is just downright insulting.

Until an official statement is made on the website or these forums, I'm going to take that statement with a grain of salt. However, IF this is the plan for Bioware, they just lost my business. I won't be wasting any more money on their products, DLC included.

Hold the Line. They'll change their tune. Their SWTOR subscriptions are, allegedly, bleeding profusely. (Just cancelled mine along with 3 other friends) And of course we're all promising we won't buy any future DLC or games until this situation is fixed. But it's the Star Wars MMO subscriptions that they're going to notice NOW.
