At this time we don't have any plans to change the ending but we are still listening to everyone's feedback on it.

Don't give up guys. Nothing has changed

Changing the endings is one thing. They don't plan on Retconning the ending. That doesn't mean the indoctrination theory isn't still dead on.

Really, don't take such a vague line in a response on Facebook to be their official statement. It doesn't address us, and it asks for feedback, and even says "at this time". It's not even close to the end. No one pack it in yet!

^This.  Remember folks, this game has only been out for 12 days (seems like a lot longer, amirite?), with probably only 9-10 of those days facing real backlash about the ending (European gamers finished a few days ago and Asian players are probably only finishing today).  Bioware is going to need time to assess the situation, but I don't think they would have stickied a "suggested changes" thread in this forum if they weren't at least open to the idea of making some revisions.

12 days is nothing in a PR situation like this - they are probably in it for the long haul, or at least until Q1 wraps up at the end of this month.  If we're going to make this happen, we're going to have to stay present and vocal for weeks, maybe even months before we get what we want.  If you're serious about getting a worthy resolution the greatest sci-fi epic of our generation, you're going to have to be willing to commit to that.

wow... just wow... I thought you guys were listening?

what's with all that "OH hey just hold on to the ME 3 copy forever" or "Hard week, everyone stayed late tonight working" or "Future looks bright"

what the hell were this statement were implying? great Bioware. Way to throw your image as greatest story telling game makers. Your image has just gone down to a group of liars.

Are we going to still hold the line?

I really really want to refund my game, but I have an Origin... god damn it

agree with all this ^^^:(

wait wait wait.... you guys were still going to buy bioware or EA games ._.? Only for them to play nice until the next cash in? I will sooner go buy a brand new copy of Sonic 06 before Dragon Age 3 or Battle Field 4 pops up on my screen.

I don't know what people are freaking out about, it was a reply about "The Truth" dlc, which was already confirmed to be false. People we are in the exact some position we were in before this was put on Facebook - we Already Knew There Wasn't Planned Ending Changes at the moment and we already knew They're Thinking about Planning Something. I think everyone should chill out. Please.

Guys, DO NOT FALL BACK. KEEP HOLDING THE LINE!! Whoever posted that message is just restating what was already in the official statement. We all know that they are taking everything in right now. Of course they aren't planning on changing the ending only a week into it. But there is NO indication that they won't add to it either! This is just another tactic to try to break up our cause. They are planting seeds of doubt to shut us up! I say, WE WILL NEVER SHUT UP until an official statement is made that explicitly states that they are not going to listen to us or do anything about it. If we have to, we will just boycott all things BioWare. But Until then, We STICK TOGETHER!!

Because together, we will HOLD THE LINE!

What the hell does that actually mean?

Heck, my dog listens. Doesn't mean he's gonna start bringing in
the paper every morning.

Agreed. If anything we should fight even harder. This is the state we had at teh beginging. If anything we are winnign right now with the media coverage. Everyone knows that the majority of fans hate the endings.

Bioware is now in a position that if they do not fix the endings, they will lose even worse to the gaming community. Their repuation is already hurt from their MMO and Dragon age 2, if they dont' fix this they are going to be hurting.

Hold the line. Push as hard as it takes. Messaging like this are inspiring in that they make me want to push harder. Listen to us and give us more than your pathetic platitudes! WE are your consumers! WE supported your untested franchise and made it a success! WE were every bit apart of your success as any of your talent! WE determine the future.

Really!!!!! lol i wonder how much revenue they will be losing over this. if they were smart they would just give us better endings and get more money out of mass effect 3. casue i know most people wont buy anything EA bioware related ever again otherwise.
