Well they just lost a long time customer. Hope they are happy with what they did. I refuse to buy anymore Bioware games and I refuse to buy anymore DLC from them. Oh well, next game will be bought from a company that actually won't crap all over their games and fans.

I'm sometimes amazed at how delusional people can be.

"Oh, this is still cryptic!" or "Oh, there's still hope!"

Look. No other video game company has ever faced a backlash like this. This is incredible. And here they are, 12 days later, and they still don't have plans to change anything?

That tells me they aren't listening. What they've been talking about in those meetings is how to quell this uprising. They've been trying to find ways to shoot it down. In short, they're listening to you and finding the ways to shut you up or get you to go away.

I am done with Bioware products. They've lost me as a customer.

Fair enough. At this time I have no plans on purchasing any Bioware/EA products.

I'm with this.

Yeah, I don't think I'd believe a one line facebook comment without even a second statement. If an official statement is issued and says NOPE!, well then it's true but this is nothing... Hold the line!

It's funny how it disappeared off their page.

Still holding for an official statement.

This. The comment has been deleted.

I think someone from CM or PR is about to take a long term vacation.

Does that mean they might simply add-on to the ending, al la indoc theory? Interesting choice of words they used.

1. Those ME pages on Facebook are run by fans.
2. I don't see any comment anywhere about the ending, or anything else even coming from the people who run that Facebook fan page.

I don't think a facebook message is anything to get worried about, there's no telling who's running that page anyway.

Btw guys, the 'Official' DLC Ending Poll Topic has slipped down to page 20 in the last couple of hours. Hopefully we can get it stickied eventually, but till then HOLD THE LINE and don't forget to bump regularly!

Response I just got from Mass Effects twitter after asking about the Facebook post: "@majindeadite102 As of now that's how it stands, but we're listening to the feedback of the community."

Gonna keep spamming this because some people are over-reacting - we knew when they released the game there was no ending DLC planned, and we knew or know that they're thinking about maybe listening to us and making some ending DLC. This statement was about "The Truth" DLC rumor, that's all. Nothing has changed, they make a point of saying they're considering their alternatives. This is not a definite Yes or No - yet. Hold the Line.

All right, starting to calm a little. The fight isn't over.

If there is a person behind that comment, that was a really poor choice of phrasing.

Let's not get to worked up folks.

The comment was deleted, and while that could mean a lot of things, it's a good sign.

Take some comfort in that at least.

Twitter confirms.

We find out they have no plans for fixed endings from facebook and twitter at 11pm on a sunday night. Stay classy, bioware.

Is BioWare really so stupid that they might abandon the opportunty to cash in with Ending DLC and placate their fanbase at the same time?

right now I'm just waiting. I mean, I'm really trying to let it go, forget about this damn game, even if this is my favorite game series ever (coming from a long time gamer). Because I don't know if I will ever have faith in Bioware again. Everything they did about mE3 was wrong - the rush, the first day dlc, the lazy work in some parts of the game and, to say the last, the terrible ending. This and SWOR and DA 2 shows us that this is, maybe, the new Bioware... dunno.
