 You do realize that whatever future plans you guys have, unless you fix this mess, you will lose all your credibility?

that means no more DLC for ME3, all your plans for ME3 multi player is wasted, even people, including me, will

cancel subscription to SWTOR just because you guys failed to rebuild customer-company connection.

Why can't you understand that what we are trying to do is saving your ME franchise?

Marketing 101, broken relationship between company and customers can become even stronger than before by 

fixing a mistake and admitting to it. 

week long protecting Mass Effect franchise and all we get is this

"At this time we don't have any plans to change the ending but we are still listening to everyone's feedback on it."
